Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s multiplayer is in full swing, and the annual shooter franchise is in the same growing pains that any major multiplayer game is. The game was the first in a very long time for the series to drop the season pass model for a more battle pass like service, of which the first season launched recently. But as far as what’s coming and what’s being worked on, that’s a little in the dark, but that should be changing soon.

In a Reddit post on the game’s official subreddit,  Infinity Ward Senior Communications Manager Ashton Willams responded to a question about a potential roadmap, so the community can have a better idea of what to expect, with a simple, “This is coming.”

Unfortunately, Williams offered no other follow up. So, when we can expect that or to what degree the roadmap will cover post-launch content isn’t clear. Roadmaps of some kind are pretty common nowadays, so hopefully there’s something useful coming for fans down the road.
