Dead Rising 4 Leaks, Probably Debuting At E3 This Year

Time for some hype?

Hot on the heels of the rumors last week, it appears as though Dead Rising 4 may have leaked for real ahead of E3 next week, confirming that the game does exist after all. The game, which was leaked last week, is apparently going to debut at E3 this year, and “make series fans happy.”

Now, a bunch of new images seem to confirm that the game actually exists, lending credence to those earlier rumors- the new images show us a title screen, a screenshot, and what may be a promotional image for the game. It’s naturally hard to tell anything about the game from these pictures, but I imagine loads of fans are simply going to be happy that the game exists at all.

Whether or nor Dead Rising 4 will be exclusive is currently unknown – but considering the series’ past Xbox exclusivity (Dead Rising and Dead Rising 3 were both exclusive to Xbox), it is at the very least likely that Capcom will partner with Microsoft for the game, even if it is multiplatform. Which, in turn, means that if the game exists and has an E3 debut, we will likely see it on stage during the Microsoft keynote.
