Several games have been remade over the years, but Dead Space’s revival has been the most impactful of them all. The title was considered a masterpiece when it was initially released in 2008. The unadulterated horror elements introduced in it were unique for games in that era, and the remake managed to reenact that nostalgic essence right down to the last pixel.

There is also the New Game Plus mode, which introduces bonus content in the form of an alternate ending and a bunch of other rewards. However, to unlock that ending, you’ll first have to complete all the chapters, start New Game Plus and collect something called Master Fragments. You can find how to find all of that and unlock the alternate through our guide here.

List of all chapters in Dead Space Remake

Here is a list of all the chapters in Dead Space Remake:

  • Chapter 1: New Arrivals
  • Chapter 2: Intensive Care
  • Chapter 3: Course Correction
  • Chapter 4: Obliteration Imminent
  • Chapter 5: Lethal Devotion
  • Chapter 6: Environmental Hazards
  • Chapter 7: Into the Void
  • Chapter 8: Search and Rescue
  • Chapter 9: Dead on Arrival
  • Chapter 10: End of Days
  • Chapter 11: Alternate Solution
  • Chapter 12: Dead Space

How long does it takes to complete each chapter in Dead Space Remake?

The original game took 12 hours to finish, and the Remake is no exception. There are a total of 12 chapters, and each of them can be completed in about an hour. Some chapters have been reworked to make them even longer, but not by much. The average clearing time is still the same. However, the graphics have significantly improved, and you’re in for a treat if you’re playing it for the first time.
