FIFA 18’s Nintendo Switch Version Seems To Hold Up Remarkably Well Graphically

It's actually surprising how well the Switch version seems to do for itself on the graphics front.

FIFA 18 on the Nintendo Switch is a curious game- a fully custom made title for Nintendo’s platform that is a surprisingly high quality effort, and one that manages to achieve an unexpected amount of feature parity with the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game.

However, it looks like it’s not just features and gameplay where the Switch version holds its own- it seems like it manages to do pretty well for itself on the graphical front, too, especially when compared to the Xbox One version of the title.

Direct-Feed-Games has put up a video comparing direct feed footage (surprise, surprise) of both versions side by side- and though the Switch version is clearly graphically inferior, it is not as wide a gulf as you would expect at all. It looks more than good enough, as a matter of fact.

Be sure to check out the video for yourself below. FIFA 18 launches on the Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC tomorrow.
