In a new Grand Theft Auto V Q&A that went up on GameInformer, Rockstar details the customization options that will be available in the upcoming blockbuster, especially vehicular customization. Apparently, the car customization was brought back as a nod to the original San Andreas (the new game also takes place in San Andreas, if you remember), but it evolved into a more full fledged suite of customization options over time. In fact, it is such an inextricable part of the game that several missions require your vehicle to be customized in a specific way.

Also, there are no Pay’N’Sprays in this game- they’ve been replaced by a new chain of car customization stores, where you can take any and all vehicles you have and have them customized. The grand total number of customization options available to the player is in excess of 1000.

Grand Theft Auto V launches this September on Xbox 360 and PS3. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
