I’m not sure what to make of Rex Tyler aka Hourman, because Hourman  to those who know him is a vigilante who uses a drug named Miraclo to give him incredible super-powers for exactly one hour. Taking a dose, Rex found that his strength, vitality and speed increased to super-human levels. However as  it burns itself out, and the waste and the toxins generated within that hour need to be eliminated in the bloodstream over about a 24 hour period.
