Hogwarts Legacy

The wait for Hogwarts Legacy has been a long one, and pre-launch controversies arising out of Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling’s transphobic views have certainly cast a shadow on things, but with the open world action RPG now not long away from release, it seems to have even more eyes on it than it has in the past.

Many will be waiting to find out how the game is received by critics, and it seems we’ll be getting the answer to that question soon. As per @PlaystationSize on Twitter, the review embargo for Hogwarts Legacy will be lifting on February 6 at 4 AM PT, which means reviews for the game will be going live four days ahead of its launch. The RPG’s Deluxe Edition, meanwhile, will give access to the game on February 7, a day after reviews have gone live.

Hogwarts Legacy launches on on February 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will release for PS4 and Xbox One on April 4, and for the Nintendo Switch on July 25.
