Gameplay

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is still at its core, a Lego game. This means that core gameplay elements will remain the same, seeing the player traverse a number of game environments and collect the various types of Lego Studs while combating enemies with a selection of heroes.

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will be the first time that Batman and his Justice League allies can do battle in outer space and across the Lantern Worlds, this will be done with the help of a vast roster of DC Comics super heroes and super villains that is more than 150 unique characters strong, each with their own special powers and abilities.

Players can hack into computer terminals that are scattered throughout the game world and enter into a virtual world of arena combat and sprawling mazes in and attempt to find the code at the end. The Gadget Wheel feature even allows players to upgrade select character’s suits and special abilities.

The handheld versions of Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will feature Zero-G (zero gravity) gameplay sections, LEGO Hazard builds to change the combat and a fast action paced 45 mission original storyline. The handheld port of the game has a cast that numbers somewhere around 105 DC characters.
