Mario+Rabbids: Kingdom Battle New Trailer Introduces Rabbid Luigi

Rabbid Luigi looks far braver than his human counterpart.

No one expected Mario+Luigi: Kingdom Battle to end up looking as great as it does- and it does look really good. The actual crossover seems to work surprisingly well (and far better than people expected after the initial leaks), while the gameplay seems to be fantastic, belying far more depth than you would expect. It’s basically Mario XCOM, for all purposes.

With the game’s launch coming up later this month, Ubisoft is sharing new media and trailers for the game on a regular basis now. The newest trailer, which you can see for yourself below, introduces us to Rabbid Luigi, who will be a part of the unlikely squad we control and play as in the game.

Mario+Luigi: Kingdom Batle is being developed by Ubisoft Paris, and is due out later this month, on August 29, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. Hopefully it ends up being as good as it is shaping up to be.
