Rumor: Avengers Game Pre-Alpha Footage

Posted By | On 18th, Sep. 2011

THQ closed down an Australian Studio under them by the name of Brisbane.  Rumor had it that this specific studio was working on an Avengers game.  Since the studio was closed we are not sure if it is because of the movie coming out and copyright issues were in the way of the games development.  Frankly we are not sure if this footage is for real or not, or if an Avengers game is even being made right now at all.  Either way the footage shows off some pretty cool first person action as you play as the Hulk, Captain America, Thor and Iron Man in the video alone.  The footage sure looks legit and I would not mind seeing it released as a full game.  As of now THQ has not mentioned anything about the footage but is rather pulling off of youtube which makes you think why?
