On PC, PS5, PS4 Pro, and Xbox Series X, Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 can now run at an upscaled 4K courtesy of the new Adjusted Mode.
Series producer Noriaki Okamura says the development team will do "everything we can" to avoid a rough launch similar to Vol. 1.
"Unfortunately we can't really say too much at the moment with Vol. 1 containing MGS 1-3 dot dot dot… you can probably connect the dots!" says Konami producer Noriaki Okamura.
As much as we've love to see them, these announcements have a slim chance of happening in the coming days.
But it's looking increasingly likely that there will be another Metal Gear Solid collection in the not-too-distant future.
The references could indicate that Konami is working on Master Collection Vol. 2 with the other mainline games in the series.
