After a great year of games in 2025, 2026 is already shaping up to be as good if not better with some big hitters and a slew of inventive titles making their way to our screens.

The most-requested re-release in perhaps the history of gaming is finally coming later this year with high-resolution visuals.
Series producer Noriaki Okamura says the development team will do "everything we can" to avoid a rough launch similar to Vol. 1.

The references could indicate that Konami is working on Master Collection Vol. 2 with the other mainline games in the series.
