We’ve already known that Battlefield Hardline is about to have its open beta soon (with a full fledged launch for the game, which was originally due out last holiday season, following shortly afterwards), but the specifics of that date have, of course, been a bit hazy. No longer, as it appears an EA e-mail may have mistakenly leaked the date of the beta ahead of time.

Ronku is an EA sponsorship program that pays YouTubers to cover EA’s game- it appears Ronku sent out an e-mail to various YouTubers, confirming that the date of the beta is indeed February 3.

Equally importantly, the Battlelog website for the series appears to have been updated with a full series of screenshots and assets, which usually happens on or around the release of the beta (or the game itself).

So if you guys have been waiting to go hands on with the latest incarnation of Battlefield, well hold on tight, it’s not too much longer now.
