The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword – Lanayru Desert and Lanayru Mining Facility videos

Posted By | On 06th, Nov. 2011

Nintendo has released two new videos for the highly anticipated upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, showing two new areas in the game- namely, Lanayru Desert and Lanayru Mining Facility- and some pretty sweet gameplay footage.

The first video shows a very Zelda-esque mining facility (well, duh, it’s a Zelda game after all), some puzzles and platforming sections, footage of Link using his items and gadgets, and the final boss battle of the area/dungeon.

The second video, though, shows much more impressive stuff, with an open desert environment, great gameplay footage of combat, platforming and puzzles, and again, a boss battle.

The game looks awesome, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword releases on November 20 for the Wii. Stay tuned for our review.
