This fatality gives a new meaning to the word water boarding. While Rain may not be the most proficient fighter or even the most favored fighter, he does have some pretty cool fatalities up his sleeve. Rain surrounds his opponent’s head in water, which is quite painful and agonizing by the way, and forcing them to drown for several seconds before, fattening them up and making them explode, in a very gruesome fashion.
