Dr Polaris
Among all the DC villains Doctor Polaris is the master of magnetism and is a mentally disturbed one at that. Neal Emerson was quite insane and had sort of a death wish, but gained incredible powers by exposing himself repeatedly to intense magnetic fields, and over the years developed a criminal persona. These abilities make him one of the greatest enemies of Green Lantern. He has also been a member of the Secret Society of Super-Villains and Cadre. Doctor Polaris can shape and manipulate electromagnetic fields that exist naturally or artificially, allowing him to lift and move heavy objects.
