Lori Alan is best known as voicing the Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Lori Alan’s demanding delivery showed not only The Boss’ struggle but also her complexities. It became apparent from the very beginning that The Boss’s fate will not go down well. Alan’s presentation sent us through an emotional roller coaster with: happiness, anger and sadness. She captured the persona of a soldier, and reminded us that the Boss whose forte was the battlefield and only the battlefield.
