David Hayter (Metal Gear series- Solid Snake)
David Hayter will go down in history as the man who voiced one of the most iconic characters in video game history: Solid Snake. His voice helps to create a very serious, war-hardened veteran. However what is quite amazing is that David Hayter voics helps to keep Snake somewhat grounded, and whenever you hear his voice there’s some sort of familiarity to his appearance in each game. His voice over work made such an impact on the industry, so much so that there was a fan petition to have him voice Snake, if there ever came a time when the Metal Gear Series would turn into a fully fledged movie. Fun fact: David Hayter gave up half his paycheck merely to get the original voice cast for Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes.
