WWE 2K15 is a video game releasing in 2014. Hence, it will have some DLC. DLC plans that are already being outlined now, ahead of the game’s launch. DLC plans that entail a full fledged DLC Pass. DLC plans so extensive, that 2K Sports calls this the “largest and most comprehensive” DLC offering in the history of the professional wrestling franchise.

This includes new, bonus playable characters, new single player offerings, and a whole lot more. The DLC Pass will save you some money over having to buy each piece of DLC individually, so personally, I’d say go for that one if you are interested in the DLC offerings. Me, I’d probably buy it just to unlock Paige, and I suspect so will everyone else. 2K are literal devils.
