10 Games With The Best Textures This Generation
Video games are a continuously evolving media. It only seems yesterday that we were playing a Mario game on our favorite Nintendo consoles and now we are. With video games pushing the technology barrier till the extremes, the realism factor is at an all time high, especially this generation. Today we bring to you ten games this generation that have some of the best textures in the industry.

The vanilla Crysis was a great looking game and after installing the high res texture pack, it looks even better. Some may argue that it still holds the graphical crown inspite of Crysis 2 coming out few months earlier. But the textures in Crysis were a sight to behold. Check out how crisp it when it is un-modded.

Richdad | November 05, 2011 08:03 amI do agree Multiplat games look best on PC. Like BF3, COD series etc. But some of the console exclusive look great too. Since they are optimised for consoles.
Also Gears 1 on PC doesn’t looks better than Gear 3 on 360, Since the later runs on much better technology. But it does looks better than Gears 1 on 360.Although at time when Gears 1 was released 8800 GTx was the best GPU for PC and only that card could surpass the 360 version back then.
