Well if double experience events just isn’t enough for some of you, Gears of War 2 is celebrating it’s first anniversary by holding a triple XP event. The event starts today, November 6th and will run for 9 days, ending on Monday, November 16 at 9 AM EST. Additionally players will be able to play in an all-new tactical mode across all multiplayer game types (including Horde) where players will have increased weapon damage and reduced ammo counts, along with a few subtle tweaks such as increasing down-but-not-out health so revives are still possible.

Some other changes include Public Horde mode being changed to the default difficulty of Hardcore. After many people complaining about not being able to pick the exact game type they want to play, playlists can include individual game types which will specifically let you pick the exact mode you wish to play. Title update 5 is also now live.

there are so many people that come into horde and just sit there and just get the points, and not play , maybe you could add a way for the host to boot them out or if they sit in one spot to long it will boot them out and add a computer player.
