With a free early access beta included in Medal of Honor: Warfighter, we all know that Battlefield 4 is inevitable. With Warfighter failing miserably, EA will be looking to take back their share of the FPS market with the next Battlefield installment. And it looks like GDC is going to be grand stage for its debut.

An invitation sent out to IGN by EA asks the press to “Save the Date”, which is March 26th. The invite features a colour palette which is unmistakably similar to that of Battlefield 3. We already know that Battlefield 4 has been shown to some retailers last month, and an announcement is imminent. GDC is the perfect time and place for EA to make a huge splash with one of their biggest IPs.

GDC takes place from March 25th, through 29th. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. Stay tuned for more updates.
