For Honor Reviews Won’t Be Going Up Until After Launch

Expect no pre-launch reviews.

Posted By | On 05th, Feb. 2017

If you were hoping you’d be able to check out critics’ reviews for Ubisoft’s upcoming For Honor before it releases and then decide whether or not to buy the game, your plan just got spoiled. As per a recent statement released by Ubisoft to media outlets, reviewers will not be able to play the game until after it has launched.

This is because of the open beta, which will be running shortly before the full game itself launches, and will be tying up most of the game’s servers. This means that the game will not be available for reviewers to play until after it has launched and the servers are up and running. So those of you who are waiting for reviews before you make a decision on this game will have to wait a little longer.

We have something else that might help you, though. Before you think of buying For Honor, check out this feature and find out if it seems like the game for you.

Thanks, Hardcore Gamer.
