Shadows of the Colossus/ ICO HD Collection

Release Date: September 27th, 2011

Admit it or not, ICO and Shadows of the Colossus are easily one of the all time greats, games that actually changed the video games industry and left unforgettable memories in the minds the people who played them. Now players who never got a chance to play the original PS2 versions get an updated high definition version of the game this September. Featuring 1080P and 3D support, killing the gigantic colossi on your HDTV should be nothing short of epic. These two games are alone worth buying a PlayStation 3, if you don’t have one.

Journey

Release Date: Fall 2011

What do you expect from the developers who brought two amazing PSN games in Flow and Flower? The answer is another amazing game in Journey. Thatgamecompany continues to innovate and reinvent the indie game genre with Journey which takes place in eye soothing environments with one of them being a desert.  Along the course of the game, players can meet other players who are in a Journey, help and assist each other. There is no release date out yet but its confirmed for a Fall 2011 release.

Twisted Metal

Release Date: October 4th, 2011

It’s coming after a long, long time, but we think it will be well worth the wait. Twisted Metal, developed by the industry legend David Jaffe from Eat Sleep Play studios, is set to introduce old and new characters and addictive online modes. The game will feature four player split screen and sixteen players online.  The game will feature four factions, namely Clowns, Dolls, Skulls and the Preachers and ye, the highlight of the game is the Nuke Mode. The game releases this October and it goes without saying that you should keep an eye on it.
