This was unexpected.

street fighter v laura

Famitsu today leaked a brand new addition to the Street Fighter V roster. Her name is Laura, she is a newcomer to the series, and she is… fairly different from everybody else. Of course, in keeping with Street Fighter tradition, she, too, seems to be a stereotype, but… it’s a pretty unexpected, out of the left field entry, I must say.

Since this is just a leak, we don’t actually know a whole lot about Laura yet, or her moveset- she appears to be the character who is supposed to be announced at the Brazilian Game Show, which in turn implies she may be Brazilian, and she looks a bit like… Kim Kardashian?

Check out the screenshot gallery below, so you can see her a bit in action. She seems like she would make for an interesting addition to the roster, that is for sure.

Street Fighter V will launch on PS4 and PC next year.
