Trip and Monkey (Enslaved: Odyssey to the West)

Monkey and Trip form an ecosystem within themselves, depending upon each other for almost everything. Trip needs to get to a certain somewhere, and Monkey is the only one who can help him get there. Monkey, on the other hand, is bound to Trip in a lot of ways, and Trip will let him go once he has helped her out. This friendship- or whatever it looks like to you- starts off as just a deal, but later becomes something much more, something that keeps us all emotionally attached to the game for a long, long time.

Chris and Sheva (Resident Evil 5)

The hot Sheva and the muscular Chris, shooting zombie-like thingies and saving an entire town from the Umbrella virus. That’s what we call a perfect couple on a perfect date. But seriously, the two have great chemistry, and look great together. We would like to see future Resident Evil games to star them as the main characters.

The two brothers hold up for each other through thick and thin, and always help each other out, no matter what is on stake.
