3. Hitman
It's the NPCs that make the Hitman series so exciting. After all, who else is going to be fooled by our lavish costume use? The recent Hitman Absolution managed to churn out hundreds of NPCs on screen at any one time in some of its more memorable levels, and it was an incredible experience sleuthing through this many people. Now just imagine if it was able to keep up these vast level types for the entirety of the game. Open world would be a good call, I reckon.
