Shooting random guys in the head is the halmark of Postal 2, and a game that features anthrax bombs is bound to be full of other varieties of creative and insensitive gore. What tops it all off however is the game's silencers; live cats that you shove on the end of your gun. Killing two lives in one shot is more economic than any other gory scene on this list, and the comical meow you hear with every bullet just emphasises it.
