Limb Tug of War – Thrill Kill
Thrill Kill was a purposefully controversial four player brawler designed for the PS1. Due to its gory content, it never actually got a legitimate release, but various legally grey means allow us to see what it could have been like. The eponymous thrill kill finishers are notable for being particularly violent for the time, with the amount of decapitated limbs being almost impressive. Skip to 1:08 for the cream of the crop.
