Emil – NieR: Automata
Emil seems like a comical and harmless character as you see him, running an in-game shop and with his own silly theme accompanying it. But surrounding the character of Emil himself is a great deal of lore that adds to the drama of confronting him in NieR: Automata. In order to fight him, you have to first complete the game once, and then complete a side quest wherein you fetch five different flowers (itself a reference to the previous NieR) and then visit and interact with his home in a certain way that will attract his attention once this location is unlocked. A second variation on the Emil fight is also unlocked once all weapons are maxed out to level 99, but one weapon is only available after clearing the initial encounter with him. Don’t bother with hacking in these fights; rely on the melee skills and speed that helped you complete the game thus far.
