Albert Wesker – Resident Evil series
Prison wardens and security guards are stereotypically represented as always wearing sunglasses and, whilst this is usually just to make them look bad-ass, there is an element of this being used as a tactic to de-individuate those in positions of authority. Wesker is a testament to this tactic, as he's usually being surrounded in a dark mystery.
