Ryu Hayabusa – Ninja Gaiden

it's enough to make your blood boil

Violence is something I cannot help but link to Ryu from Ninja Gaiden. Sure, the games feature a lot of blood and gore, but the violence is less to do with Hayabusa and more to do with how it makes you feel as a player. God damn these games are hard, whether you’re playing the new or retro incarnations. It’s been enough to make me break a few controllers in my time, and that’s about the extent of any violence I’ve ever committed. There’s no doubt that Ryu Hayabusa brings out the dark side in many.
