Max
Lucas Arts were really on form back in 1993 when they released Sam and Max: Hit the Road, a game now considered one of the pioneering titles of the point and click genre. Whilst the puzzles sit in a very specific mode of riddle that was being used at the time, (for better and for worse) the game's absurd parodies of American culture have become legendary. Whilst the humour can be witty and insightful at times, the antics of Sam's psychotic partner, Max, offer the majority of the game's more silly elements of comedy. It's a good thing.
