FALLOUT 4
Well, surprise surprise- another Bethesda RPG makes it into the list. If you know why the artificial intelligence flat-out sucked in the likes of Oblivion and Skyrim, you know why it sucked in Fallout 4. In both stealth and combat, enemy AI is extremely easy to cheese, while companions also have a tendency to be kind of suicidal (which, of course, is something else Bethesda games are known for). The limited interactivity of AI in Fallout 4 was also a disappointment, especially since this is the sort of game that relies on AI being dynamic and interactive.
