GHOST RECON BREAKPOINT
Ghost Recon Breakpoint had many failings, from its bland story and drab open world to its shoehorned and unnecessary gear mechanics and so much more, but by far one of its biggest issues was the terrible artificial intelligence. For a series that is supposed to be all about tactical combat and grounded stealth, Breakpoint’s AI is absolutely abysmal, and that was especially true at launch. Enemies were incapable of doing any meaningful damage to you, were all too happy to walk right in front of you to be shot in their faces, and would hardly ever employ any coordinated tactics that would force you to switch up your own strategy. Throwing in bullet sponge drones was the most Breakpoint ever did to make things difficult for you, and even that was artificial challenge at best.
