4. Watch Dogs

As one of the only truly impressive games to show up for this year's E3, Watch Dogs has really been getting us hot under the collar as of late. Whilst we don't know enough to tell how the game's open world will play out, the way you can interact with it by hacking various systems of infrastructure seems like it will be a truly new way to interface with an open world set up.
