Sequels are what that keeps most video games developers and publishers around the world clicking. That is why we see popular series like Final Fantasy is racking up a 14th game, not to mention several spin offs. So in this first part of our series, we take a look at 10 unannounced/teased sequels that we would die to see on the PlayStation 3. Please note that this list consist of games which can or cannot be exclusive to the PlayStation 3.

Uncharted 3

Even though it’s announced in some way or the other, there hasn’t been an official word from Naughty Dog on this one. Recently some images came up which indicated that the third game in the popular treasure hunting franchise will be titled ‘World of Deceit.” Later on it was made clear that it is not the Uncharted 3 that is in development. Anyways, expect an official announcement on this soon, may be at VGA 2010 just like Uncharted 2.

Metal Gear Solid 5

This may or may not happen, and this is entirely up to Hideo Kojima. The thing is he has teased us on numerous occasions that he will make Metal Gear Solid 5, which makes me nothing but believe that there is a MGS5 somewhere in works at Kojima productions. We just don’t know whether his teasers are really teasers or the real truth.

Heavenly Sword 2

Heavenly Sword was one of the most underrated games on the PlayStation 3. According to me the game had some of the best motion capture and the most innovative use of the six axis controller. Ninja Theory has gone multiplatform with a few of their games, but Heavenly Sword IP is owned by Sony, so you never know.
