Batman: Arkham Shadow
Oculus Studios’ recent release Batman: Arkham Shadow might not be the full-fledged sequel to Arkham Knight that many thought it to be, but it certainly features one of the best detective-centric stories in the franchise. The mystery behind the Rat King takes us to many places, but in the end, he is revealed to be none other than Harvey Dent. And what’s more fascinating is that Rat King is actually an alter ego of the man owing to his dissociative identity disorder and that he seemingly has no recollections of his deeds as the Rat King. It’s a smaller story that takes around 10 hours to complete, but the smaller scope helps with creating a more focused storyline with little to no filler elements to artificially pad out the runtime.
