89. Enemy AI will different depending on who they are
Whether they are gangs, cops or others, the enemies in GTA 5 will react differently to every situation. Enemies will behave different by who they are. The Police is more organised, whereas gang members are more spirited. The player has to decide how they are going to use these different behaviors to their advantage, they can probably draw the gangs to the cops and create a diversion. This should create some unique gameplay mechanics.
