We do get to see the occasional sighting or rumors of Bigfoot in the vast areas of San Andreas. Just like in real life, there have been rumors of sightings of Bigfoot and for the most part, there have been crazy admirers of the beast who keep insisting that he is in the game. By the look of this video, it seems that Bigfoot does exist.
