25. Weather Changes (GTA 3)
Weather Changes was probably the most awesome thing to happen to GTA 3, it gave a sense that everything was dynamic and not static and boring. It also made players think that GTA has a world of its own and it dragged them into that illusion that the weather system was taking them deeper into the world of crime.
