8. You will see only your pants wet if you go into the water till your waist:
Many games have tried to create realistic simulations of character getting wet in the rain, or coming out of the water only to have the wetness linger on for a few moments. The devs at GTA 5 thought to take it a notch up and have the character get wet only in places that have actually been in the water. So if you waddle in the ocean till your waist then you will see only your pants wet.
