46. TMNT: Turtles in Time (Arcade) – Train Level
Train levels can be annoying, with their obstacles that come out of nowhere. But the final level in TMNT: Turtles in Time that takes place in the past is beyond irritating. That the final boss was so tough didn’t make things better. Give us Super Shredder any day.
