Just because you can “Fus ro dah” almost anyone in Skyrim, doesn’t mean you can take them down permanently, and that’s when you need to look out for an angry mob of guards that come looking for your neck. At the beginning of the game, the guards are a lot more powerful than you are, and it is just plain stupid to attack them. You’re time will come but it the beginning is not it.
