85. Crackdown 2
When gamers finished playing Crackdown 2, a lot of them were confused. If you activate the beacon it kills all the freaks, but if you attack Catalin, you die and your arm lands in her chopper. I’m not sure if the devs were intentionally setting this up for Crackdown 3 or they just wanted to be done with the production.
