37. Splinter Cell Blacklist
Splinter Cell Blacklist was a very well done game, and I was really expecting a great ending to it, but to my very great surprise, the ending comprised of the main villain not dying, but instead held in Guantanamo bay prison, where Sam and Vic Coste look at him and do not say anything. Ubisoft has a knack for ruining endings.
