This quack is Michael’s therapist. Please use the term “therapist” loosely when referring to this character. Really, he’s a money-grubbing sociopath who is really into manipulating his patients. His hobbies include making people feel crazier than they really are, and milking your checking account for every dime it’s worth.
Though he’s an honest to goodness doctor, take his advice with a grain of salt because this man’s got nothing positive to say about anything anyone ever does in the GTA universe, even when it’s the right thing. However, he does have an wonderful sports car sitting outside of his office. I recommend stealing it after your sessions and having a joy ride; courtesy of Dr. Isiah Friedlander, of course.
