His hobbies include making people feel crazier than they really are, and milking your checking account for every dime it’s worth.

Though he’s an honest to goodness doctor, take his advice with a grain of salt because this man’s got nothing positive to say about anything anyone ever does in the GTA universe, even when it’s the right thing.
