Lamar is a close friend and co-worker of Franklin and boy, does he get Franklin into plenty of drama he really doesn’t want to be a part of. While he’s a good friend who means well and is all about “Hustlin’ “ to better his life he’s not too bright. In fact, he’s downright stupid at times.
He doe have a soft spot for his friends though and is willing to help out where he can, though he expects the same in return. This is even more true when one of his “get rich quick” schemes is particularly terrible. When it comes right down to it, Lamar is a simple man with simple dreams. He loves his dope and a fat sack of money when he can get it.
