BLEAK FAITH: FORSAKEN
Not a lot of people have Bleak Faith: Forsaken on their radar, but based on what little of it has been shown so far, you definitely should. Why? Well, because it’s mixing together some incredibly exciting elements. Soulslike combat and challenge are sort of a given, since the game’s being talked about in this feature, but then you have an entirely open world setting, as well as survival horror elements, all in a setting that seems ripe for unique environments and storytelling. It sounds incredibly ambitious, which, by default, means caution is warranted- but we genuinely hope it can live up to the strong first impression it’s made on us so far.
