Onimusha 3
Onimusha 3 (: Demon Siege) features the player switching between two protagonists from very different places, Jacques Blanc comes from modern-day Paris, while Samanosuke Akechi is from early century Japan. The game allows the player to utilize elemental weapons that change their fighting style and lets them use magical attacks. The game was highly acclaimed, commonly praised for its enhanced controls and the use of the 3D engine to improve the environment. It even sold about 431,000 units on opening week in Japan alone. But, it wasn’t just popular in Japan, it became the tenth best selling game in the US and the UK in the first week of its release. As of 2008, it had surpassed about 1.5 million units sold worldwide. Sure, they did release it on the PC in 2008, but the game would benefit so much more if it were to just remade.
