FALLOUT 4 FAKE TEASER WEBSITE

Back in 2013, everyone was losing their minds because apparently, an official Fallout 4 announcement was looming on the horizon. People had come across a website, TheSurvivor2299.com, which was apparently teasing an imminent announcement by Bethesda. It looked legit, it looked authentic, and it seemed like it was only a matter of when, and not if. As the industry waited for Bethesda to make the official announcement, though, it turned out that the teaser website was a fake, and Fallout 4 was still no closer to being actually launched. The game was, of course, both, officially confirmed and launched in 2015.
